ما نجمعه

• حسابك: الاسم الظاهر، اسم المستخدم، تاريخ الميلاد، وصورة الملف الشخصي إن أضفتها. إذا ربطت حسابك بـ Apple نحفظ المعرّف الذي تعطيه Apple فقط.
• الأصدقاء والرسائل: قائمة أصدقائك، والرسائل التي ترسلها وتستقبلها (النص، التصميم المختار، ووقت التسليم والقراءة) حتى نوصلها للطرف الآخر.
• الإشعارات: رموز الإشعارات الخاصة بجهازك لإيصال الرسائل والنشاط المباشر (Live Activity).
• المشتريات: سجلات الشراء والاشتراك التي تتحقق منها Apple (معرّف العملية والمنتج والتواريخ). لا نرى ولا نحفظ أي بيانات دفع.
• الاستخدام: أحداث استخدام مجهّزة داخل التطبيق (مثل اختيار تصميم أو فتح صفحة الاشتراك) لتحسين الخدمة.

الإعلانات

الإعلان الوحيد في Weam هو إعلان المكافأة الذي تختار أنت مشاهدته لفتح تصميم. تُعرض الإعلانات عبر Google AdMob، وقد تجمع Google معرّفات الجهاز وبيانات تقنية وفق سياسة Google. نطلب موافقتك عبر نموذج Google حيث يشترط القانون ذلك، ولا نطلب إذن التتبع (ATT). مشتركو Weam Plus لا يرون أي إعلان.

كيف نستخدم البيانات

لتشغيل الخدمة فقط: إنشاء حسابك، إيصال رسائلك، تفعيل مشترياتك واشتراكك، منع إساءة الاستخدام، وتحسين التطبيق. لا نبيع بياناتك.

الحفظ والحذف

تُحفظ بياناتك على خوادمنا ما دام حسابك موجودًا. يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق (الملف الشخصي ← حذف الحساب)، فتُحذف بياناتك الشخصية ورسائلك. نحتفظ بسجلات الشراء دون ربطها بحسابك لأغراض محاسبية.

What we collect

• Your account: display name, username, date of birth, and a profile photo if you add one. If you link Sign in with Apple, we store only the identifier Apple provides.
• Friends and messages: your friends list and the messages you send and receive (text, chosen design, delivery and seen times) so we can deliver them.
• Notifications: your device's push tokens to deliver messages and Live Activities.
• Purchases: purchase and subscription records verified by Apple (transaction, product and dates). We never see or store payment details.
• Usage: in-app usage events (such as choosing a design or opening the subscription screen) to improve the service.

Advertising

The only ad in Weam is a rewarded ad you choose to watch to unlock a design. Ads are served by Google AdMob, which may collect device identifiers and technical data under Google's Privacy Policy. We ask for consent through Google's consent form where the law requires it, and we do not request App Tracking Transparency. Weam Plus subscribers see no ads.

How we use data

Only to run the service: creating your account, delivering your messages, activating your purchases and subscription, preventing abuse, and improving the app. We do not sell your data.

Retention and deletion

Your data is kept on our servers while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account); your personal data and messages are then deleted. Purchase records are kept, no longer linked to your account, for accounting.
